Voucher Terms & Conditions
Validity
All vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.
Advance Booking
All vouchers must be booked in advance.
Reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Voucher reference number must be quoted when making a reservation.
Blackout Dates
Vouchers may not be valid during peak periods, public holidays, special events, or festive seasons, unless stated otherwise.
Blackout dates apply and may change without prior notice.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, in full or in part.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
Transferability
Unless stated otherwise, vouchers are transferable.
Some promotional or loyalty vouchers may be non-transferable and valid only for the original recipient.
Redemption Rules
Only one voucher may be redeemed per booking, unless otherwise specified.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
Accommodation Vouchers
Accommodation vouchers are valid for the room type specified.
Room upgrades are subject to availability and may attract a surcharge.
Additional nights, guests, or services not included will be charged separately.
Experience & Activity Vouchers
Activities such as sunset cruises, game drives, guided tours, quad biking, Chobe Day Trips, and dining experiences are subject to weather conditions, operational schedules, third-party availability, and minimum participation requirements.
Alternative arrangements may be offered if an activity is unavailable.
Transfers
Transfers included in voucher packages are for scheduled services only.
Private transfers may be arranged at an additional cost.
Dining & Spa Vouchers
Dining and spa vouchers are subject to availability and operating hours.
Advance reservations are recommended.
Any spend above the voucher value will be payable directly by the guest.
No-Show & Cancellation
Failure to arrive or cancel within the required notice period will result in the voucher being deemed fully redeemed.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the voucher type.
Changes & Substitutions
The hotel reserves the right to substitute experiences or services of similar value if circumstances beyond its control arise.
No cash or price difference will be refunded for substitutions.
Liability
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or damage incurred during the use of the voucher, except as required by law.
Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk.
Governing Law
All vouchers are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe (or applicable country of operation).
Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse redemption if voucher terms are not complied with or if fraudulent use is suspected.
